• The process begins with the initial phone conversation with our relocation coordinator evaluating what is needed for you and /or your family's transition. We will customize a relocation package containing information regarding schools, cultural aspects, recreational opportunities, finance and tax considerations, health care, along with a variety of booklets and brochures for you to preview.
   
• A complete community orientation will be set up for you, including hotel and transportation arrangements, appointments with school officials, daycare and/or senior care establishments, recreational interests, medical facilities and financial institutions. We will provide a guided tour of the community to introduce you to the richly diverse Greater Kalamazoo Community.
   
• Coordinating the home finding trip for you is an important component and we will educate you to the variety of neighborhoods and housing opportunities available in our area.
