An additional office in Portage is purchased, providing a professional environment fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a facility for Jaqua’s innovative corporate-level training program
Office space is secured downtown within the Radisson Plaza Hotel, enabling Jaqua to further carve out its niche as one of the area’s major residential real estate companies and prime relocation sources
The Rental & Relocation office is opened in the Kalamazoo /Battle Creek International Airport, adding another dimension to the services Jaqua provides, including the ability to showcase the community to newcomers, visitors, and relocating employees
Jaqua Realtors builds a new office location in Kalamazoo, helping to establish Jaqua as a real estate leader in the Greater Kalamazoo area and providing additional state-of-the-art training facilities
Jaqua’s Family of Services concept begins with the establishment of Southwest Michigan Title Agency, a partnership between Jaqua Realtors and Chicago Title, providing an added value to clients and assuring them that this critical aspect of the transaction is in expert hands
2 additional offices in Plainwell and Otsego are opened to serve an ever-broadening client base
The innovative Family of Services concept is further highlighted with the formation of Summit National Mortgage, a partnership with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage which allows for a full complement of mortgage products provided by experienced, highly skilled home mortgage consultants located directly in our offices
An additional office is opened in South Haven, enabling Jaqua to promote a Vacation Rentals division and real estate services on the Lake Michigan Shoreline
Jaqua partners with the well established Nulty Insurance Company to form Arcadia Insurance Services, helping to strengthen the Family of Services concept by offering comprehensive insurance coverage provided by experts in the insurance field
